# Get a transaction's Pix infraction

> Returns the Pix infraction (MED) of a transaction of the wallet: the report another institution opened against a Pix the wallet received, or the one Portão 3 opened about a Pix it sent. Use `default` as `walletId` for the organization's main wallet.

A transaction has at most one report of its own; in the rare case the bank reported a Pix twice, you get one of the two — list the wallet's infractions to see both.

Only Portão 3's own services and back office can read Pix infractions.
