List account card limit rules
Rules belong to an account; a card limit of the account can use any of them, plus the shared default rule sets (HOTEL, FLIGHT, TRAVEL, FLEX_INTERNATIONAL), which are not listed. The list is not paginated. Only the rules of the environment in x-environment are listed, so send x-environment: LIVE for production rules. Any member of the organization can list them.
