Update a transaction limit
Read the wallet’s limits first and send back the external.transactionLimitId of the one to change, with its period, product and the new amount in cents. A TED or BOLETO limit can’t be higher than the account’s own limit for that method and period, when the account has one. The bank may apply a raise later instead of at once — the limit then shows it in scheduledAmount and scheduledFor. Organization admins and the users the wallet is shared with as OWNER can change its limits.
